After a rather tough play, Tucusahua's Leonel Ramirez got a free kick in the 27th minute. Salvador Fuentes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Tucusahua's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Fuentes came free, but Julian Butron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Xarles Portela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th match minute, Tucusahua was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romero Nieto to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Perez Moranto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Maximo Cortes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tonio Nieto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perez Moranto in the 70th minute of the match. Tucusahua's Julian Butron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Tucusahua from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute Fabricio Ganchegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tonio Nieto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Perez Moranto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piojon SC's Tonio Nieto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xavies Toraya charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavies Toraya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xavies Toraya kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tucusahua had won after a very even match.
