Ursino Tariego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xiao Falco in the 4th minute of play. Ursino Tariego came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Balsay's Xiao Falco. But to his dismay, Xiao Falco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lavallén Blea's late challenge caught a Balsay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lavallén Blea helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Balsay booed when UD Gun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lavallén Blea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ursino Tariego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector-Luis Viles's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. When Ovidio Mazuelo fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Gun's protests and gave Ovidio Mazuelo a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes UD Gun got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Mazuelo. With a little luck, Balsay's Faustino Miguelez got control of the ball when Mauricio Cercalde tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Hector-Luis Viles managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balsay's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector-Luis Viles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ursino Tariego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute, Ovidio Mazuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector-Luis Viles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ursino Tariego having to interfere. Xiao Falco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ursino Tariego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector-Luis Viles in the 44th minute of the match. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Gun's goalkeeper Ursino Tariego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Balsay getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Hector-Luis Viles hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zeruko Minguet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Faustino Miguelez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Cercalde in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Balsay's Sergio Barquerin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Mauricio Cercalde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Miguelez having to interfere. In the 56th match minute, UD Gun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urdaspal Alves to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Xiao Falco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Hector-Luis Viles took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ursino Tariego to make any attempt to save it. In the 63rd minute, Cordero Ruales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lavallén Blea succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xiao Falco got free with Ursino Tariego in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Sergio Barquerin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UD Gun's Mauricio Cercalde managed to work through Balsay's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Mauricio Cercalde dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Mauricio Cercalde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Miguelez having to interfere. Faustino Miguelez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeruko Minguet, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Klimowitz Anguiano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balsay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Gun the free kick. After 91 played minutes Balsay got a freekick which was hit by Klimowitz Anguiano. If Hector-Luis Viles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Balsay players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
