Ascencio Duyos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camacho Bodelon having to make a save. Xosepin Payno's late challenge caught a Patuco SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xosepin Payno helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pelagallo SC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Xosepin Payno hit a great ball. The supporters of Patuco SC booed when Pelagallo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luzuriaga Santaren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vasco Manzarias was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 20th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute Victoriano Urquijo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yépez Andueco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grueso Fresno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yépez Andueco having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelino Losada during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ascencio Duyos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Camacho Bodelon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ascencio Duyos in the 56th minute of play. Victoriano Urquijo scored 2-0 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yépez Andueco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
