Murillo Pascua in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Torres Carmona, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jaime Monzon kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Torres Carmona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cotera Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Murillo Pascua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Angel Mandelo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cotera Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the UD Falcon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cotera Cardoso couldn't finish the play. Xabel Bardece charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xabel Bardece the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Xabel Bardece hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ovidio Quiroz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Urtats Axeitos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stalin Salabaste's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Urtats Axeitos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Murillo Pascua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torres Carmona. CD Canoa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Murillo Pascua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 36th minute Ovidio Quiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urtats Axeitos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th play minute Murillo Pascua came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Torres Carmona. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in UD Falcon's zone, Angel Mandelo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urtats Axeitos came out of the goal and Angel Mandelo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Urtats Axeitos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Quiroz in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ovidio Quiroz was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, CD Canoa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xan Somoano to maneuver through the defense. In the 55thth minute of the game Cotera Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CD Canoa's Torres Carmona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 played minutes CD Canoa got a freekick which was hit by Stalin Salabaste. 62 minutes into the match, UD Falcon's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Quiroz came free, but Urtats Axeitos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to UD Falcon getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Samaniego Velazquez hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Ovidio Quiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torres Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samaniego Velazquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urtats Axeitos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Quiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. When Candelario Navarro fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Falcon's protests and gave Candelario Navarro a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for UD Falcon! The goalkeeper, Urtats Axeitos, was totally fooled by CD Canoa's Xan Somoano, who 85 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Angel Mandelo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute, Ovidio Quiroz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torres Carmona came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by UD Falcon's Cotera Cardoso. But to his dismay, Cotera Cardoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. UD Falcon had won after a very even match.
