Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Johnny Bermudez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Johnny Bermudez came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the UD Miniatura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johnny Bermudez couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Johnny Bermudez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. German Benito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Revuelta in the 12th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Johnny Bermudez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roberto Caceo, 1-0. Fernandez Carda kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Johnny Bermudez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Caceo having to interfere. In the 25th minute, José-Francisco Eradi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Rodas Lobregon came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the UD Miniatura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodas Lobregon couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Veintimilla SC's goal looked a bit too open when Johnny Bermudez came free, but Roberto Caceo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Revuelta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but German Benito was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. German Benito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Figueroa Almuzara's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. After 34 played minutes UD Miniatura got a freekick which was hit by Calderón Carreño. If George Oliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernandez Carda hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, UD Miniatura's Rodas Lobregon tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. German Benito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Figueroa Almuzara, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 53rd match minute, UD Miniatura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Oliver to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Llanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Roberto Caceo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Figueroa Almuzara struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. German Benito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Veintimilla SC. In the 61st minute, Johnny Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Figueroa Almuzara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Veintimilla SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Figueroa Almuzara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. German Benito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Benito made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Revuelta in the 66th minute. Tyrone Lejarazu's late challenge caught a Veintimilla SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tyrone Lejarazu helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes UD Miniatura got a freekick which was hit by Tyrone Lejarazu. After 69 played minutes UD Miniatura got a freekick which was hit by George Oliver. German Benito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Figueroa Almuzara in the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 72 minutes, George Oliver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. UD Miniatura's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Oliver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tyrone Lejarazu was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to UD Miniatura getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Tyrone Lejarazu hit a great ball. Arnoldo Llanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Llanes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roberto Caceo. Veintimilla SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Llanes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to UD Miniatura getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Rodolfo Serradell hit a great ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Figueroa Almuzara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Miniatura's German Benito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
