The referee ignored CD Tarifa's protests and gave Carlos Barrera a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CD Tarifa getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Carlos Barrera hit a great ball. Rodolfo Mazorra made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paredes Ballejos in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute, Arévalo Durana fired away a shot on goal. Freddy Juarrero was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee showed Xencio Guemez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to CD Tarifa getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Xencio Guemez hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
