Xulian Iruz struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Xove Bertiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Patahuasi. The supporters of CD Patahuasi booed when UD Numbaranga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trota Zurbano didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilson Buisan in the 12th minute of play forced CD Patahuasi's goalkeeper Roman Albisu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Albisu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vilson Buisan in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, UD Numbaranga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zamora Somovilla to maneuver through the defense. When Lucio Durango came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the CD Patahuasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Durango couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Xulian Iruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 31 minutes into the match, UD Numbaranga's goalkeeper Xove Bertiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xulian Iruz. If Vilson Buisan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xayvion Olañeta to make the kick off. After 54 minutes UD Numbaranga's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lucio Durango who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on CD Patahuasi's corner Lucio Durango fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xove Bertiz quite easily take care of the ball. UD Numbaranga's Xove Bertiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xayvion Olañeta in the 56th minute of play. Xove Bertiz came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Patahuasi's Xulian Iruz. But to his dismay, Xulian Iruz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vilson Buisan struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Roman Albisu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Numbaranga. Xayvion Olañeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71stth minute of the game Xayvion Olañeta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Numbaranga's Xove Bertiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xove Bertiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xayvion Olañeta in the 74th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xulian Iruz during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Xulian Iruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilson Buisan's late challenge caught a CD Patahuasi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilson Buisan helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CD Patahuasi booed when UD Numbaranga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vilson Buisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 81 in the game by Valery Aguila from a close distance when the talented Roman Albisu managed to make a qualified save. CD Patahuasi's players were relieved. After 83 minutes of play, CD Patahuasi's Xayvion Olañeta made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xove Bertiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 91 played minutes, CD Patahuasi's Lucio Durango shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xove Bertiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Patahuasi reached it. UD Numbaranga's Xove Bertiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xayvion Olañeta in the 93rd minute of play. Xove Bertiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xulian Iruz in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, UD Numbaranga's goal looked a bit too open when Xulian Iruz came free, but Xove Bertiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CD Patahuasi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UD Numbaranga for a fine match.
