Gutierrez Ballejos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Estacio Eijo went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 8 minutes into the match, Estacio Eijo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of UD Jerusalen's Gutierrez Ballejos. Gutierrez Ballejos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute, Moreta Tormes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hugo Rocafort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to UD Montehuaico getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Venceslao Morelos hit a great ball. UD Jerusalen's Moisés Urbilla couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for UD Montehuaico. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Ulizes Balbin successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rocio Avellana might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ulizes Balbin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rocio Avellana ran back to his position shaking his head. When Ximen Botella fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Montehuaico's protests and gave Ximen Botella a yellow card for diving instead. UD Jerusalen's Moisés Urbilla was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ulizes Balbin in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Venceslao Morelos fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Montehuaico's protests and gave Venceslao Morelos a yellow card for diving instead. Estacio Eijo scored 0-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gutierrez Ballejos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, UD Montehuaico's Calderón Lobregon got a free kick in the 41st minute. The UD Jerusalen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UD Montehuaico were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Rocafort made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Hugo Rocafort's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gutierrez Ballejos was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Gutierrez Ballejos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Rocafort in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Hugo Rocafort who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Jerusalen's Gutierrez Ballejos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulizes Balbin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xosepe Beguellina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 70 minutes into the match, UD Jerusalen's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Rocafort came free, but Gutierrez Ballejos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th match minute, UD Jerusalen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Cillero to maneuver through the defense. Estacio Eijo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gutierrez Ballejos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bottero Villabona fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UD Jerusalen's protests and gave Bottero Villabona a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of UD Montehuaico booed when UD Jerusalen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bottero Villabona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gutierrez Ballejos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Rocafort in the 82nd minute of the match. Estacio Eijo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Cristian Romillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hugo Rocafort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estacio Eijo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gutierrez Ballejos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The UD Jerusalen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching UD Montehuaico's performance. The match ended with a win for UD Montehuaico.
