Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gómez Arenchen started the match with the kick off. Estacio Eijo charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Estacio Eijo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd match minute, UD Montehuaico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Estacio Eijo to maneuver through the defense. Gualdel's Calderón Monterinos got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Montehuaico's goalkeeper Ulizes Balbin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, Gualdel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zxavian Vaquero to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Estacio Eijo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubén Lampez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Gualdel defense, Hugo Rocafort kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rubén Lampez. The Gualdel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rubén Lampez should have stopped the shot. Rubén Lampez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estacio Eijo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the match, UD Montehuaico's Estacio Eijo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rubén Lampez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gualdel's Xorxe Barreras shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ulizes Balbin but with some difficulty. In the 35th minute, Calderón Monterinos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gualdel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 37th minute, Zxavian Vaquero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Estacio Eijo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Calderón Monterinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gualdel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calderón Monterinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

A collision led to Gualdel getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Urbez Varioz hit a great ball. Zxavian Vaquero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulizes Balbin having to interfere. If Calderón Monterinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 61 minutes, Calderón Monterinos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gualdel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Calderón Monterinos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Urbez Varioz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Calderón Lobregon during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, UD Montehuaico's Calderón Lobregon got a free kick in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Calderón Monterinos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulizes Balbin was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 69th minute, UD Montehuaico's Hugo Rocafort ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rubén Lampez. Zxavian Vaquero hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Hugo Rocafort fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Estacio Eijo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Hugo Rocafort fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rubén Lampez, passed just outside the right post. Rubén Lampez made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Estacio Eijo sent off a good shot on target. Rubén Lampez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Rocafort in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Estacio Eijo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. UD Montehuaico's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
