The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos-Alberto Munet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almandoz Zubeldia having to interfere. Almandoz Zubeldia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bohórquez Bildosteguy, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Carlos-Alberto Munet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almandoz Zubeldia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of UD Rumichaca booed when Pallacocha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerson Larios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zaquiel Simon charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zaquiel Simon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zaquiel Simon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Almandoz Zubeldia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Carlos-Alberto Munet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Pallacocha FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bohórquez Bildosteguy during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
