Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Balmaseda started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The supporters of Cuajara booed when Jerico SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asensio Yzaguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Asencio Espindola took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Afraga. Zacarias Afraga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Balmaseda in the 8th minute of play forced Jerico SC's goalkeeper Zacarias Afraga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Jerico SC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Veronica Mesa hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, Cuajara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asencio Espindola to maneuver through the defense. During the 21st minute of the match Veronica Mesa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Veronica Mesa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Veronica Mesa hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 25th minute Edmundo Balmaseda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Afraga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Afraga came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuajara's Asencio Espindola. But to his dismay, Asencio Espindola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Edmundo Balmaseda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edmundo Balmaseda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Balmaseda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Afraga having to interfere. A collision led to Jerico SC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Simon Bevia hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Jerico SC defense, Asencio Espindola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacarias Afraga. The Jerico SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacarias Afraga should have stopped the shot. The Jerico SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cuajara were winning 0-4.

If Asencio Espindola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Verdesoto during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Emilio Verdesoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the match, Jerico SC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Balmaseda came free, but Zacarias Afraga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Lario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osorio Atilano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Celso Lario went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Cuajara's zone, Celso Lario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osorio Atilano came out of the goal and Celso Lario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Celso Lario came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Jerico SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Lario couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Balmaseda in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Afraga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cuajara's Asencio Espindola got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
