Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Limones's Maximiliano Hero started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Limones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zxavian Peña to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Espriu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Johnny Guiluz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Hero in the 8th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, CD Opoluca's goalkeeper Johnny Guiluz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urdaspal Antigua. Maximiliano Hero struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Johnny Guiluz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limones. Maximiliano Hero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Johnny Guiluz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, CD Opoluca's Vicente Espriu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pepe Obina narrowly saved just below the crossbar. CD Opoluca's Johnny Guiluz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Hero in the 29th minute of play. Urdaspal Antigua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Johnny Guiluz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Maximiliano Hero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zambrano Ugia to make the kick off. Vicente Espriu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Obina having to interfere. When Urdaspal Antigua came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Limones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urdaspal Antigua couldn't finish the play. Trivniño Maestro's late challenge caught a Limones's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Trivniño Maestro helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Limones booed when CD Opoluca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trivniño Maestro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Limones's Caicedo Londoño couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CD Opoluca. Johnny Guiluz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Hero in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Vicente Espriu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Limones getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Pinto Buey hit a great ball. Vicente Espriu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute, Daniel Calzada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Maximiliano Hero made a precise shot to the right of Johnny Guiluz. CD Opoluca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Zambrano Ugia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Pepe Obina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. CD Opoluca's Johnny Guiluz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Hero in the 84th minute of play. When Castillo Zaton fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Opoluca's protests and gave Castillo Zaton a yellow card for diving instead. 87 minutes into the game, one of CD Opoluca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Limones. Caicedo Londoño stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Johnny Guiluz. 3-0. Johnny Guiluz came out of the goal in the 99th minute to try and stop a shot by Limones's Zxavian Peña. But to his dismay, Zxavian Peña quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. CD Opoluca's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
