In the 25th minute, Venerando Palenciano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 27 in the game by Teodoro Cevallo from a close distance when the talented Mellington Soberon managed to make a qualified save. CD Limachig's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastian Maestro in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zamora Hoyon saved Cebadas SC from getting behind. Sebastian Maestro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zamora Hoyon having to interfere. Barros Lumbreras hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Alejandro Unceta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the match, CD Limachig's goalkeeper Mellington Soberon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teodoro Cevallo. Barros Lumbreras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mellington Soberon having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Maestro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Teodoro Cevallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cebadas SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Cevallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alejandro Unceta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zamora Hoyon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Unceta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Zamora Hoyon made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Unceta got free with Zamora Hoyon in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejandro Unceta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zamora Hoyon having to interfere. Zamora Hoyon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Maestro in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Cebadas SC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Maestro came free, but Zamora Hoyon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Aldeis kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Mellington Soberon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Cevallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Unceta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Zamora Hoyon made a huge save. If Teodoro Cevallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cebadas SC's goalkeeper Zamora Hoyon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Estevez Luina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the CD Limachig players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cebadas SC.
