If Xurde Leceta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Umbruso Ybarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Carriedo having to interfere. Sandro Carriedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xurde Leceta in the 10th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zayvion Mestre during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dani Carneiro, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Husaimi SC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Poroso Lordaliego hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Dani Carneiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sandro Carriedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Blandón Ocaliz's late challenge caught a Sinchig FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Blandón Ocaliz helped the player get up and apologised. Umbruso Ybarra struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Sandro Carriedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinchig FC. 27 minutes into the match, Husaimi SC's goal looked a bit too open when Xurde Leceta came free, but Sandro Carriedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Umbruso Ybarra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Umbruso Ybarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sandro Carriedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umbruso Ybarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sinchig FC's Wilfredo Aneutes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Sinchig FC from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute Umbruso Ybarra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Carriedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play Husaimi SC's Blandón Ocaliz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 41st match minute, Husaimi SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blandón Ocaliz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Husaimi SC's zone, Umbruso Ybarra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Carriedo came out of the goal and Umbruso Ybarra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Umbruso Ybarra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Umbruso Ybarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Husaimi SC's Marin Arras got a free kick in the 59th minute. When José Meleon fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Husaimi SC's protests and gave José Meleon a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 65 minutes, Umbruso Ybarra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sinchig FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umbruso Ybarra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 minutes, Xurde Leceta made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Husaimi SC's Sandro Carriedo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Husaimi SC's goalkeeper Sandro Carriedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Umbruso Ybarra. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Umbruso Ybarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sinchig FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Umbruso Ybarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandro Carriedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umbruso Ybarra struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Sandro Carriedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sinchig FC. Xurde Leceta kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Martinez Segovia charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martinez Segovia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sinchig FC's Martinez Segovia got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Husaimi SC's goalkeeper Sandro Carriedo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sinchig FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
