Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Batista Verdejo took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Orlando Quicedo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Irubi's protests and gave Orlando Quicedo a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave CD Bayan a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marlon Aizpurua, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Irubi's Xaver Iraegui. 1-0. Xepe Menocal might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xaver Iraegui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xepe Menocal ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Xepe Menocal managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Bayan's supporters rose to their feet, but Xepe Menocal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xaver Iraegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 20th minute, Luis Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Batista Verdejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 27th minute Luis Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rios Risel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Illescas took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rios Risel. Rios Risel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to CD Bayan getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Roque Gaiztarro hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in CD Bayan's zone, Batista Verdejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rios Risel came out of the goal and Batista Verdejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rios Risel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batista Verdejo in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Illescas in the 41st minute of play forced CD Bayan's goalkeeper Rios Risel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Ganado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vela Elgueta made a kick off. Orlando Quicedo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Vela Elgueta succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-1. If Vela Elgueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rios Risel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batista Verdejo in the 72nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Irubi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CD Bayan:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xepe Menocal in the 83rd minute of play forced Irubi's goalkeeper Xaver Iraegui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Xepe Menocal managed to get in a good position for a shot. CD Bayan's supporters rose to their feet, but Xepe Menocal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xaver Iraegui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xepe Menocal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orlando Quicedo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Rios Risel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Batista Verdejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Illescas in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rios Risel saved CD Bayan from getting behind. 100 minutes into the match, Irubi's goal looked a bit too open when Xepe Menocal came free, but Xaver Iraegui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CD Bayan walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
