The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Checo FC fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Checo FC's Xabat Abendano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Checo FC's Ismael Valladolid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Nafarrate in the 32nd minute of play. Joel Goycoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cainzos having to interfere. Roger Trexo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Checo FC's Xabat Abendano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Cainzos. That made the score 3-0 after 40 minutes of play. Daniel Cainzos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabat Abendano in the 44th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jorupe fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 48th minute. Penalty!

Jorupe's Roberto Herro got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Roberto Herro off the ground. Checo FC's Ismael Valladolid proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Checo FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Roger Trexo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jorupe's supporters rose to their feet, but Roger Trexo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Valladolid breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Roger Trexo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82 played minutes Jorupe got a freekick which was hit by Rolando Nafarrate. Roger Trexo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-1 in the 86th playminute. Daniel Cainzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Goycoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Goycoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cainzos having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Checo FC fully deserved thier win.
