In the 4thth minute of the game William Gandarillas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zambeza's Quiñónez Iraegui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, Oscar Garro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Fernando Baraona was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zambeza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave UD Cashuin the free kick. Oscar Garro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Gandarillas in the 15th minute of play forced Zambeza's goalkeeper Quiñónez Iraegui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Gandarillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quiñónez Iraegui made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when De-la-Cruz Zuazo sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, William Gandarillas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Quiñónez Iraegui. The goal made the score 1-0. Oscar Garro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quiñónez Iraegui having to interfere. Valentin Inclan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Xaiver Bergues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When UD Cashuin's William Gandarillas in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zambeza's goalie prevented a goal. Valentin Inclan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. UD Cashuin's Xaiver Bergues tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Valentin Inclan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Ubelteso Balda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xaiver Bergues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Valentin Inclan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zambeza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ubelteso Balda made the kick off in the second half. Oscar Garro might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quiñónez Iraegui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Garro ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Zambeza's zone, Oscar Garro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quiñónez Iraegui came out of the goal and Oscar Garro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Quiñónez Iraegui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Gandarillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute Oscar Garro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quiñónez Iraegui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quiñónez Iraegui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Gandarillas in the 75th minute of play. Quiñónez Iraegui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Gandarillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Oscar Garro might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quiñónez Iraegui. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oscar Garro ran back to his position shaking his head. 87 minutes into the match, Zambeza's Ubelteso Balda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xaiver Bergues narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valentin Inclan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Xaiver Bergues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ubelteso Balda in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xaiver Bergues saved UD Cashuin from getting behind. If Ubelteso Balda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Garro struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Quiñónez Iraegui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UD Cashuin. William Gandarillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
