Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Denis Isoba started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Wilmer Barbot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Ubach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute of the match Xano Ares sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Francisco Ubach skillfully saved the ball. In the 10th minute, Denis Isoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Santiago Navariega fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cordero's protests and gave Santiago Navariega a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Chabayan FC booed when Cordero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santiago Navariega didn't get a good kick on the ball. Perlaza Petino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Perlaza Petino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Ubach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Isoba in the 27th minute of play. Francisco Ubach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Graziani Senzano, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 27 minutes of play, Chabayan FC's Graziani Senzano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Ubach was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 30th minute, Denis Isoba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Graziani Senzano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Perlaza Petino got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Perlaza Petino got free with Danilo Inclan in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Blandón Ferreiras stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Graziani Senzano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Francisco Ubach, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Isoba in the 53rd minute of play forced Cordero's goalkeeper Francisco Ubach to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ponce Baneros kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Cordero's Xaven Tosantos broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Danilo Inclan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blandón Ferreiras, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. When Blandón Ferreiras came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Cordero fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blandón Ferreiras couldn't finish the play. Francisco Ubach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Isoba in the 76th minute of play. After 78 minutes, Xano Ares mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chabayan FC and the Cordero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xano Ares hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Xaven Tosantos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chabayan FC's Danilo Inclan didn't even have to move. Santiago Navariega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Danilo Inclan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Dario Guitart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Sarantes charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Sarantes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 92 minutes into the match, Denis Isoba notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Cordero's Francisco Ubach. Francisco Ubach was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
