Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute, Jose Temporal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Facundo Herruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Ferrero in the 7th minute of play. Luzuriaga Tumiraos lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Patahuasi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Taltun SC:s goal. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Taltun SC. Danny Gallinar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Facundo Herruz. 0-1. After 13 played minutes Taltun SC got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Ferrero. With his leg Machado Area managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Patahuasi's Diego Serrano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 21 played minutes Mauricio Infiesto rounded Taltun SC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Patahuasi's zone, Jose Temporal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Facundo Herruz came out of the goal and Jose Temporal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Temporal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Juan Marichal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Patahuasi's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Temporal came free, but Facundo Herruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Facundo Herruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Marichal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Patahuasi's Mauricio Infiesto got a free kick in the 34th minute. Taltun SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Danny Gallinar in the 37th minute. A well done corner resulted in Inocencio Berar drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Patahuasi's goalkeeper. Facundo Herruz came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Taltun SC's Juan Marichal. But to his dismay, Juan Marichal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Machado Area made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Diego Serrano sent off a good shot on target.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Temporal to strike the kick off in the second half. Facundo Herruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Temporal in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Patahuasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Infiesto to maneuver through the defense. Jose Temporal struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Facundo Herruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taltun SC. Jose Temporal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Patahuasi booed when Taltun SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Ferrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Juan Marichal, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 66 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Facundo Herruz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Urtsua Michelena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Facundo Herruz was a little too slow when Jose Temporal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-4. Juan Marichals short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Facundo Herruz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jose Temporal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Facundo Herruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Serrano took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Machado Area. Machado Area dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Krikorian Morras in the 91st minute of play forced Taltun SC's goalkeeper Machado Area to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Serrano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Machado Area read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Taltun SC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Patahuasi throughout the match.
