The referee showed Zorion Envito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erick Urizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Caso, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. CD Sacay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Aurelio Caso scored to the left of an out of position Erick Urizar, making the score, 1-0. Gutierrez Imendia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Wilmer Cachon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Aurelio Caso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Habas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bottero Gaytan in the 20th minute of play forced CD Habas's goalkeeper Wilmer Cachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Bottero Gaytan made a precise shot to the right of Wilmer Cachon. CD Habas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Caso in the 25th minute of play forced CD Sacay's goalkeeper Erick Urizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Gutierrez Imendia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilmer Cachon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Zumar Inchaurdi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Habas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Sacay the free kick. Zumar Inchaurdi hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Marcelino Cabada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aurelio Caso was the one to do the kick off. Wilmer Cachon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bottero Gaytan in the 52nd minute. Gutierrez Imendia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilmer Cachon came out and tried to block the shot, but Gutierrez Imendia slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 54th minute. Erick Urizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Cabada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gutierrez Imendia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilmer Cachon made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Bottero Gaytan sent off a good shot on target. Bottero Gaytan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Wilmer Cachon made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bottero Gaytan got free with Wilmer Cachon in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gutierrez Imendia in the 78th minute of play forced CD Habas's goalkeeper Wilmer Cachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilmer Cachon was a little too slow when Bottero Gaytan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in CD Habas's zone, Gutierrez Imendia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilmer Cachon came out of the goal and Gutierrez Imendia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 minutes, Xefe Rubiero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Habas and the CD Sacay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, CD Habas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xefe Rubiero to maneuver through the defense. Bottero Gaytan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd match minute, CD Habas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Arizabal to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th match minute, CD Habas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zorion Envito to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CD Sacay walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
