Ortiz Piñeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zoil Matanza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ortiz Piñeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ortiz Piñeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, CD Collaqui's Weather Agusto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zoil Matanza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 32nd minute of the match, Ortiz Piñeiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zoil Matanza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ortiz Piñeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute Bagui Bilbao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosario Chartuni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Taviel hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. If Ambrossi Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonardo Espino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, CD Collaqui's goal looked a bit too open when German Rosines came free, but Rosario Chartuni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ortiz Piñeiro made the kick off in the second half. Bagui Bilbao charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bagui Bilbao the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Luron SC got a freekick which was hit by Bagui Bilbao. If Leonardo Espino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cántaro Casuso kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. CD Collaqui's Rosario Chartuni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Espino in the 57th minute of play. German Rosines's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rosario Chartuni firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rosario Chartuni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Espino's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Leonardo Espino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosario Chartuni having to make a save. In the 66th minute, Ortiz Piñeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Collaqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When Weather Agusto came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the CD Collaqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Weather Agusto couldn't finish the play. German Rosines succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 72nd playminute. Rosario Chartuni was a little too slow when Leonardo Espino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 3-2. Zeru Carmenata kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Ortiz Piñeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Collaqui fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CD Collaqui fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luron SC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
