Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Baqueria SC's Geovanni Antigua started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Baqueria SC's Bohórquez Marban got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bohórquez Marban recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Baqueria SC's Xove Sobrevilla got a free kick in the 11th minute. Bohórquez Marban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Palomar having to interfere. Flavio Palomar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovanni Antigua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Baqueria SC booed when Misahualli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luzuriaga Caballeria didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th match minute, Baqueria SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macías Marroquin to maneuver through the defense. Guagua Barrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Regil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Guagua Barrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luzuriaga Caballeria in the 32nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Baqueria SC defense, Luzuriaga Caballeria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guagua Barrera. The Baqueria SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guagua Barrera should have stopped the shot. Guagua Barrera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luzuriaga Caballeria in the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luzuriaga Caballeria to make the kick off. With his leg Guagua Barrera managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Misahualli FC's Dennis Regil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 58 minutes into the game, Inocencio Cerrillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baqueria SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Misahualli FC the free kick. In the 58th minute, Inocencio Cerrillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69th play minutes Geovanni Antigua shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Flavio Palomar and just under the crossbar into goal. Baqueria SC were furious when Cruz Senabres was red carded, 73 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Baqueria SC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Cruz Senabres hit a great ball. Agustín Cambero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dennis Regil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guagua Barrera having to interfere. Flavio Palomar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bohórquez Marban in the 92nd minute of play. Raúl Breijoo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Bohórquez Marban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
