Vicente Aleso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Salvador Espiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Jugo in the 4th minute of play forced Tendales's goalkeeper Salvador Espiga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tendales's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ponce Dolmos was slow to take the kick. During this time UD Bachillero's players had a chance to rest. Salvador Espiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Aleso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zabal Corullon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roberto Icedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Mezcano, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. When Vigil Ribadas in the 38th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Roberto Icedo kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Uhin España charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Roberto Icedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tendales. The supporters of UD Bachillero booed when Tendales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vigil Ribadas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Aleso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Salvador Espiga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mauricio Jugo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Salvador Espiga came out and tried to block the shot, but Mauricio Jugo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 67th minute. Zabal Corullon scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Icedo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roberto Icedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Mezcano in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, one of UD Bachillero:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 89th minute there was a penalty for Tendales. José-Manuel Bajo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Roberto Icedo. 3-2. Vicente Aleso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salvador Espiga read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 101st minute of play.
