Vimaro Cuba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Arnoldo Collazo made a huge save. Palalin's Arnoldo Collazo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víctor Menchaca in the 36th minute of play. Palalin's Arnoldo Collazo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Palalin from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Víctor Menchaca to make the kick off. The Palalin players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented UD Cuyuja from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
