With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteban Pla in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joffre Sena saved UD Joa from getting behind. When Jimtiquitu SC's Esteban Pla in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UD Joa's goalie prevented a goal. Ruben Maltrana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ruben Maltrana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Jimtiquitu SC got a freekick which was hit by Fricson Cisneros. The goalkeeper, Luciano Almirall, was totally fooled by UD Joa's Mario Cameno, who 25 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Xuban Andonegui received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luciano Almirall came out and tried to block the shot, but Xuban Andonegui slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. Xuban Andonegui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Jimtiquitu SC defense, Gustavo Morua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Almirall. The Jimtiquitu SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Almirall should have stopped the shot. Luciano Almirall was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Xuban Andonegui capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xuban Andonegui really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xuban Andonegui to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xuban Andonegui in the 52nd minute of play forced Jimtiquitu SC's goalkeeper Luciano Almirall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Jimtiquitu SC defense, Gustavo Morua kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Almirall. The Jimtiquitu SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Almirall should have stopped the shot. Bruno Gamones kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Xuban Andonegui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Luciano Almirall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Morua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Almirall having to interfere. With a little luck, UD Joa's Joffre Sena got control of the ball when Ruben Maltrana tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Gustavo Morua got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute Xuban Andonegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Almirall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute Murillo Iturcha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luciano Almirall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luciano Almirall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Morua in the 92nd minute of play.
