George Sorribo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calisto Baltuile, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Vinicio Inda sped through Curichanga FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of George Sorribo. Adolfo Alcala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xavieon Capistrano made a kick off. After some careless play in the Chimbucta defense, Xavieon Capistrano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zuhaitz Calon. The Chimbucta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zuhaitz Calon should have stopped the shot. Adolfo Alcala received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Adolfo Alcala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Curichanga FC's Michael Ziguenza got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lorenzo Orejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. George Sorribo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Chimbucta booed when Curichanga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vellito Cabanela didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lorenzo Orejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curichanga FC's goalkeeper George Sorribo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
