In the 13thth minute of the game Lorenzo Orejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Relicario's Monge Ascarretazabal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chimbucta's Vinicio Inda got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. UD Relicario's Monge Ascarretazabal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Orejo in the 27th minute of play. Caicedo Pinos took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zuhaitz Calon. Zuhaitz Calon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 35th minute, Edwin Pelon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zuhaitz Calon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xulian Moure in the 38th minute of play. Lorenzo Orejo might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Monge Ascarretazabal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lorenzo Orejo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 46th minute, Mellington Minjaraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zuhaitz Calon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Xulian Moure went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Vinicio Inda came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Chimbucta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinicio Inda couldn't finish the play. When Chimbucta's Lorenzo Orejo in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UD Relicario's goalie prevented a goal. Monge Ascarretazabal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Inda, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Mellington Minjaraz hit a great ball. UD Relicario's Xulian Moure got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lorenzo Orejo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Chimbucta booed when UD Relicario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Reñe didn't get a good kick on the ball.
