Cuero Vasaburu started the match with the kick off. Agustin Masas struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Carlos-Alberto Pedron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Pinguilla. 5 minutes into the game, Klimovich Lardero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carlos-Alberto Pedron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venceslas Urriola during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Venceslas Urriola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Agustin Masas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Carlos-Alberto Pedron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlos-Alberto Pedron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Klimovich Lardero went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Klimovich Lardero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustin Masas's late challenge caught a CD Huito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Masas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CD Pinguilla getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Agustin Masas hit a great ball. Cuero Vasaburu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in CD Pinguilla's zone, Mauro Veidazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pablo-Enrique Gallego came out of the goal and Mauro Veidazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Caval hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Agustin Masas made the kick off in the second half. Rubén Ordas's late challenge caught a CD Huito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rubén Ordas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st minute, Rubén Ordas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cuero Vasaburu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo-Enrique Gallego having to interfere. After 56 played minutes CD Pinguilla got a freekick which was hit by Texeira Insausti. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rubén Ordas got free with Carlos-Alberto Pedron in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Veidazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pablo-Enrique Gallego having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, CD Huito's Lopez Tuset broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Agustin Masas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Carlos-Alberto Pedron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cuero Vasaburu came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the CD Huito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cuero Vasaburu couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. CD Pinguilla walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
