With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Juan-Alfredo Pecha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Joaz's Xabat Dozal got a free kick in the 37th minute. Arias Rollan was a little too slow when Veto Ibarguen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-0. Veto Ibarguen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arias Rollan having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
