The attack was good, but when Rodrigo Piñeiros in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Machado Aniego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Goiti in the 8th minute of the match. Alonso Ugalde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bustos Gregorio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Rodrigo Piñeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bustos Gregorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costante Blanch in the 20th minute of play forced CD Asancoto's goalkeeper Machado Aniego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes UD Pulpito got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Jesus. German Sayavedra, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Rodrigo Piñeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bustos Gregorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Alex Vital hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, UD Pulpito's Victoriano Jesus got a free kick in the 30th minute. Bustos Gregorio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from German Sayavedra. After a rather tough play, UD Pulpito's Jose Osuna got a free kick in the 35th minute. Bustos Gregorio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 36th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Elias Bullon. Machado Aniego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costante Blanch in the 40th minute of the match. CD Asancoto's Machado Aniego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Goiti in the 42nd minute of play. Machado Aniego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costante Blanch, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Emanuel Goiti made the kick off in the second half. Bustos Gregorio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Piñeiros, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. CD Asancoto's Alonso Ugalde got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, UD Pulpito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavon Barsi to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Goiti in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Machado Aniego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Costante Blanch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Emanuel Goiti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Machado Aniego was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Alonso Ugalde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bustos Gregorio having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched UD Pulpito eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
