Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel Nembro started the match with the kick off. If Lucas Marimon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Malo's zone, Jose-Antonio Diz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilmar Carbajo came out of the goal and Jose-Antonio Diz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Marimon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ricardo Benedid came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Malo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo Benedid couldn't finish the play. Lucas Marimon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wellington Bergas came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Digna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wellington Bergas couldn't finish the play. Gilmar Carbajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose-Antonio Diz in the 27th minute of play. When Javier Manzanares fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malo's protests and gave Javier Manzanares a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Malo got a freekick which was hit by Javier Manzanares. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Nembro in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilmar Carbajo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malo's Gilmar Carbajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose-Antonio Diz in the 32nd minute of play. Ricardo Benedid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute Lucas Marimon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramirez Varandalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Wellington Bergas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gilmar Carbajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ricardo Benedid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malo's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Benedid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramirez Varandalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Benedid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexander Adan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 66th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Malo's Gilmar Carbajo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Malo from getting a goal against them. Jose-Antonio Diz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gilmar Carbajo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramirez Varandalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Marimon in the 78th minute of the match. Xavierlada Cuyar hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jose-Antonio Diz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ricardo Benedid scored 1-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramirez Varandalla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With his leg Gilmar Carbajo managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Digna's Jose-Antonio Diz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Malo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Digna for a fine match.
