Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bustos Cerrajero took the kick off in the first half of the match. Xurdin Orejas came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Motete SC's Xelo Revillas. But to his dismay, Xelo Revillas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Brito Escalzo's late challenge caught a Motete SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brito Escalzo helped the player get up and apologised. Brito Escalzo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Valentin Oberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Motete SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ceibal FC the free kick. Ceibal FC's Xicu Asarta couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Motete SC. If Agustín Aulestia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Victoriano Astulez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ceibal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Motete SC the free kick. When Mariano Arraña came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Motete SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Arraña couldn't finish the play. Agustín Aulestia in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnoldo Riancho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Mariano Arraña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Motete SC's goal looked a bit too open when Bustos Cerrajero came free, but Arnoldo Riancho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Mariano Arraña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xelo Revillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Mariano Arraña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 46th match minute, Motete SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Janez to maneuver through the defense. Bustos Cerrajero was extremely unlucky when he, in the 50th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After the first half Motete SC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Arraña made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Xelo Revillas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Motete SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xelo Revillas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 57thth minute of the game Bustos Cerrajero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Motete SC's Arnoldo Riancho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xurdin Orejas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Arraña in the 77th minute of the match. Mariano Arraña fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xurdin Orejas having to interfere. Arnoldo Riancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Astulez, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Mariano Arraña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Ceibal FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Motete SC's performance. The match ended with a win for Motete SC.
