The Yuvientza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erick Cachorro should have stopped the shot. Iván Pereta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Pellon in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Villagra Erus in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iván Pereta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yuvientza's Erick Cachorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Lueje in the 33rd minute of play. Eugenio Pelaci, 36 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Camilo Arozamena managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inviola's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Arozamena was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erick Cachorro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Lueje struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Erick Cachorro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inviola. A collision led to Inviola getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Xaiver Fardi hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Inviola's zone, Eugenio Pelaci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iván Pereta came out of the goal and Eugenio Pelaci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Villagra Erus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Arozamena couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Inviola booed when Yuvientza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Robezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Inviola supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Yuvientza's performance. The match ended with a win for Yuvientza.
