Venceslao Angeles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Cosca having to interfere. If Teofilo Valdero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Javier Gundin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Achiral's Teofilo Valdero got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Venceslao Angeles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santiago Cosca was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Chimbucta's Santiago Cosca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venceslao Angeles in the 61st minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Achiral's Teofilo Valdero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santiago Cosca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Valdero in the 72nd minute of play forced Chimbucta's goalkeeper Santiago Cosca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santiago Cosca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilo Valdero, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Venceslao Angeles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Cosca having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chimbucta's zone, Elkin Campa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Cosca came out of the goal and Elkin Campa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teofilo Valdero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Santiago Cosca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Chimbucta's goal looked a bit too open when Teofilo Valdero came free, but Santiago Cosca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Valdero struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Santiago Cosca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Achiral. Javier Gundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achiral's Rodrigo Baroja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Achiral from getting a goal against them. Santiago Cosca came out of the goal and Venceslao Angeles tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Achiral players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
