Martin Paratorrecilla took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Umbruso Heras. Umbruso Heras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 40th minute Rafael Carrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Umbruso Heras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 minutes Vieja FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mario Pedro who took care of the corner kick. Mario Pedro made a great header on Nutridal FC's corner, it was just that Vieja FC's Umbruso Heras managed to reach the ball for a save. Umbruso Heras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Carrera in the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Augusto Rosio made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Nutridal FC booed when Vieja FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frutos Miera didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vieja FC's zone, Rafael Carrera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Umbruso Heras came out of the goal and Rafael Carrera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vincente Barrieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umbruso Heras having to interfere. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vieja FC's goalkeeper Umbruso Heras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Umbruso Heras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Paratorrecilla in the 64th minute of the match. Nutridal FC were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Vieja FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mario Pedro took the corner. Rafael Carrera made a great header on Nutridal FC's corner, it was just that Vieja FC's Umbruso Heras managed to reach the ball for a save. If Vincente Barrieta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Carrera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Umbruso Heras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Rafael Carrera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Umbruso Heras was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Nutridal FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Augusto Rosio 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Vieja FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rafael Carrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Daniel Pabon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Rosio in the 91st minute of the match. If Rafael Carrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Nutridal FC's Rafael Carrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Umbruso Heras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2.
