If Mora Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Ayasa got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Armesto. Zavier Carreño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Carrera in the 24th minute of play. Zavier Carreño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Paratorrecilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Nutridal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Armesto came free, but Daniel Pabon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Pabon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rixon Maja in the 30th minute of the match. Mario Pedro kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Rafael Carrera notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ayasa's Zavier Carreño. Zavier Carreño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rafael Carrera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zavier Carreño having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Rafael Carrera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nutridal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Carrera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mora Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Alvaro Pendones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nutridal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Pendones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Yoel Borja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Daniel Pabon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonio Galdamez to make the kick off. Ayasa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Mora Maldonado scored to the left of an out of position Zavier Carreño, making the score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Carrera in the 57th minute of play forced Ayasa's goalkeeper Zavier Carreño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mora Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zavier Carreño tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zavier Carreño came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Nutridal FC's Alvaro Pendones. But to his dismay, Alvaro Pendones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ayasa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Rafael Carrera scored to the left of an out of position Zavier Carreño, making the score, 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mora Maldonado in the 69th minute of play forced Ayasa's goalkeeper Zavier Carreño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute Martin Paratorrecilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavier Carreño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Nutridal FC's Vincente Barrieta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Alvaro Pendones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mora Maldonado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Alvaro Pendones had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zavier Carreño. Ayasa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Pendones was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. 86 minutes into the match, Nutridal FC's Martin Paratorrecilla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zavier Carreño narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute Rafael Carrera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavier Carreño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Carrera struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Zavier Carreño didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nutridal FC. In the 95th minute Mora Maldonado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zavier Carreño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mora Maldonado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nutridal FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
