Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Demetrio Lardero kicked off to start the match. In the 4th match minute, Bolaspamba FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Udalaitz Escajedo to maneuver through the defense. After 5 played minutes, Siempreviva's Leonel Santa shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demetrio Mesia came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Siempreviva reached it. A collision led to Bolaspamba FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Demetrio Lardero hit a great ball. Carlos Cienfuegos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Demetrio Mesia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes, Udalaitz Escajedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolaspamba FC and the Siempreviva players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bolaspamba FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! In the 18th minute there was a penalty for Siempreviva. Leonel Santa stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Demetrio Mesia. 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Carlos Cienfuegos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Siempreviva's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Cienfuegos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Lastra Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrio Mesia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Demetrio Lardero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Cienfuegos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Siempreviva booed when Bolaspamba FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Udalaitz Escajedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Siempreviva getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Leonel Santa hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 54th minute, Carlos Cienfuegos made a precise shot to the right of Demetrio Mesia. Bolaspamba FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Demetrio Mesia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lastra Astudillo in the 60th minute of play. After 66 played minutes, Bolaspamba FC's Udalaitz Escajedo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xzaiver Aguila came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bolaspamba FC reached it. Xzaiver Aguila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frutos Mir in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bolaspamba FC's Xuoco Cordon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. With an all-out effort, Siempreviva's Demetrio Mesia threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lastra Astudillo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 77th minute of the match Siempreviva got a corner. Bolaspamba FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonel Santa ran over to the corner to take the kick. Xzaiver Aguila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Demetrio Lardero in the 83rd minute of play. Demetrio Mesia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lastra Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bolaspamba FC's zone, Carlos Cienfuegos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Demetrio Mesia came out of the goal and Carlos Cienfuegos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Cienfuegos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Demetrio Mesia made a huge save. Lastra Astudillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demetrio Mesia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lastra Astudillo ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lastra Astudillo in the 93rd minute of play forced Bolaspamba FC's goalkeeper Demetrio Mesia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodriguez Hera charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodriguez Hera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodriguez Hera kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Siempreviva's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
