Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henry Bazquez kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in CD Zhipta's zone, Urrutia Candelera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matamba Nieva came out of the goal and Urrutia Candelera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mercado Montarco was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 6th match minute, CD Zhipta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Gobeo to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of UD Merced booed when CD Zhipta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Gobeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, UD Merced's Yaniusky Samaniego tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Romero Cora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xilo Cuenllas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Bazquez in the 14th minute of play. Urrutia Candelera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Matamba Nieva skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 18th match minute, UD Merced was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenaido Madama to maneuver through the defense. Mercado Montarco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matamba Nieva having to make a save. In the 26th minute of the match Ramón Lumbreras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xilo Cuenllas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Urrutia Candelera came free with the goalkeeper in the 30th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matamba Nieva could save by the left post. The supporters of CD Zhipta booed when UD Merced was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mercado Montarco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes of play, CD Zhipta's Romero Cora made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xilo Cuenllas was left in no man's land by his defense there! George Burriaga kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mercado Montarco made a kick off. Urrutia Candelera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Matamba Nieva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. George Burriaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Matamba Nieva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mercado Montarco in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, one of CD Zhipta:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for CD Zhipta. Yaniusky Samaniego placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Mercado Montarco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matamba Nieva having to interfere. Nestor Gobeo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nestor Gobeo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, CD Zhipta's Nestor Gobeo got a free kick in the 94th minute. When UD Merced's Mercado Montarco in the 104th minute got a chance for a shot 104th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Zhipta's goalie prevented a goal.
