The supporters of Andoas SC booed when CD Cuvintzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Devalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute of the match Rogerio Insausti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xosepe Celerain showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Enrique Pachon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xosepe Celerain having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Enrique Pachon made a precise shot to the right of Xosepe Celerain. CD Cuvintzi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. When Leandro Vara, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Xosepe Celerain was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. CD Cuvintzi's Vladimiro Devalla pulled a muscle in his back after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Xinaro Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andoas SC's protests and gave Xinaro Silveira a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes Andoas SC got a freekick which was hit by Xinaro Silveira. When Andoas SC's Enrique Pachon in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Xosepe Celerain breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The CD Cuvintzi players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Andoas SC were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Vara to make the kick off.
