Vitin Cofresi's late challenge caught a CD Huaraqui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vitin Cofresi helped the player get up and apologised. Klimowitz Pelaci charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klimowitz Pelaci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CD Huaraqui booed when CD Aycallate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klimowitz Pelaci didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jonatan Rolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Domene struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Mario Melendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Aycallate. Jonatan Rolan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. CD Huaraqui's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klimowitz Pelaci made a kick off. Santiago Mostache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Rolan in the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 57 minutes, Diego Domene managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CD Aycallate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Domene was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vennancio Oña during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, CD Aycallate's Felix Tablares got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Mario Melendo. Diego Domene might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mario Melendo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Domene ran back to his position shaking his head. After 75 minutes of play CD Huaraqui's Vennancio Oña was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CD Huaraqui! Diego Domene sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mario Melendo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Klimowitz Pelaci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 86 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klimowitz Pelaci in the 91st minute of play forced CD Huaraqui's goalkeeper Mario Melendo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Klimowitz Pelaci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 102nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
