Espinola Maestu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Ricart Londoño when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Espinola Maestu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Ricart Londoño skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Espinoza Sisquella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Urtungo Inclan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Hurdinosa having to interfere.
