Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Pavel Alegria made the kick off and thus started the match. Flavio Monjo came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Verno FC's Zelipe Toca. But to his dismay, Zelipe Toca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 13 played minutes Verno FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogerio Para. Viviano Batalle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute Zelipe Toca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Monjo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delgado Verlo in the 20th minute of play forced Curipungu's goalkeeper Flavio Monjo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calisto Losua kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. If Pavel Alegria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogerio Para's late challenge caught a Curipungu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rogerio Para helped the player get up and apologised. Rogerio Para hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Verno FC's goalkeeper Estacio Navajas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viviano Batalle. Verno FC's Delgado Verlo got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zelipe Toca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Flavio Monjo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee gave Verno FC a penalty, 33 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Cavite, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Curipungu's Flavio Monjo. 0-2. When Calisto Losua came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Curipungu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calisto Losua couldn't finish the play. Delgado Verlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zelipe Toca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Monjo having to interfere. After the first half Verno FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delgado Verlo to make the kick off. Estacio Navajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viviano Batalle in the 55th minute of the match. Flavio Monjo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 61st minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. Zelipe Toca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Flavio Monjo made a huge save. Ovidio Leonor's late challenge caught a Verno FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Leonor helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Curipungu getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ovidio Leonor hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, Delgado Verlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavio Monjo. Curipungu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Delgado Verlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Pavel Alegria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Cavite during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
