Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Suárez Piñera started the match with the kick off. Vidal Cue's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eduardo Llantaron firmly grabbed it by the left post. Edgar Tellado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kris Atom, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. UD Carmen's Edgar Tellado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kris Atom in the 12th minute of play. George Maguire charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Maguire the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of UD Carmen booed when Juananu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Maguire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eduardo Llantaron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yépez Marquina, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Edgar Tellado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zorion Sallas's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Kris Atom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Tellado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juananu FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Suárez Piñera 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. After 32 played minutes UD Carmen got a freekick which was hit by Suárez Piñera. In the 34th minute, Kris Atom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Tellado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The Juananu FC fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Juananu FC's Kris Atom looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zorion Sallas made a kick off. Emilio Olalla hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Galeno Nobo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Tellado. After 55 played minutes, Juananu FC's Galeno Nobo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgar Tellado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juananu FC reached it. With an all-out effort, Juananu FC's Edgar Tellado threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kris Atom, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zorion Sallas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Kris Atom dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgar Tellado, 2-3. Edgar Tellado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kris Atom in the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Kris Atom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juananu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kris Atom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eduardo Llantaron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidal Cue in the 67th minute of the match. Zorion Sallas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Edgar Tellado skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Edgar Tellado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zorion Sallas in the 72nd minute. Zorion Sallas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Edgar Tellado made a huge save. A collision led to Juananu FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Kris Atom hit a great ball. Zorion Sallas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Tellado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Edgar Tellado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kris Atom, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Eduardo Llantaron came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by UD Carmen's Suárez Piñera. But to his dismay, Suárez Piñera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. When the final whistle sounded Juananu FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than UD Carmen.
