Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Domingo Cadenas got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Adolfo Sasiain managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guimbi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolfo Sasiain was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 6 minutes, Cruz Figueiras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guimbi and the Samana players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Guimbi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Samana:s goal. Victoriano Trevino walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bohórquez Porres in the 11th minute of play forced Samana's goalkeeper Oswaldo Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes, Valerio Brancovi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guimbi and the Samana players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Guimbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valerio Brancovi to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Cruz Figueiras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oswaldo Folch showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Xarles Niño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Domingo Cadenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Movellan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingo Cadenas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Lucio Movellan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the match, Samana's goal looked a bit too open when Bohórquez Porres came free, but Oswaldo Folch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bohórquez Porres scored 1-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oswaldo Folch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Lucio Movellan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Marco Cenal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bohórquez Porres in the 68th minute of play forced Samana's goalkeeper Oswaldo Folch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 played minutes Samana got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Ceron. In the 76th minute, Juan-Pablo Larren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bohórquez Porres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xarles Niño scored 2-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucio Movellan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
