The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Washington Felix made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Dick Blom sent off a good shot on target. Miguel Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valencia Cañaveral, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th match minute, Pxnda SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Torralbo to maneuver through the defense. Feliks Kondysar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dick Blom's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Washington Felix read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Washington Felix was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miroslaw Klose showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. Valencia Cañaveral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Baptista having to interfere. The Quillalli fans' excitement grew in the 28th match minute when Quillalli's Orlando Cladera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

Dick Blom struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Washington Felix didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pxnda SC. Quillalli's Valencia Cañaveral got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Pxnda SC's Miguel Baptista got control of the ball when Martinez Calvon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Valencia Cañaveral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Miguel Baptista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Feliks Kondysar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Pxnda SC's goalkeeper Miguel Baptista had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valencia Cañaveral. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Orlando Cladera took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Miguel Baptista to make any attempt to save it. After 82 played minutes Pxnda SC got a freekick which was hit by Marco Caicedo. Washington Luey kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Washington Felix came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Pxnda SC's Feliks Kondysar. But to his dismay, Feliks Kondysar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After 94 played minutes, Quillalli's Washington Luey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miguel Baptista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quillalli reached it. Quillalli's Valencia Cañaveral got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
