After 3 played minutes UD Weeknunka got a freekick which was hit by Geovanny Valben. After a rather tough play, UD Weeknunka's Geovanny Valben got a free kick in the 6th minute. Domingo Cerredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Boveda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Peter Boveda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Cerredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peter Boveda in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Domingo Cerredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the game, Valiente Oliva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UD Weeknunka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CD Chantilin the free kick. The supporters of CD Chantilin booed when UD Weeknunka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valiente Oliva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raul Mazariegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Peter Boveda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Peter Boveda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of UD Weeknunka booed when CD Chantilin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xayveon Jonsansoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Parrales Borroel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Socorro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Augusto Socorro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Mazariegos, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Peter Boveda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Domingo Cerredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Peter Boveda came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the UD Weeknunka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Boveda couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raul Mazariegos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Mazariegos in the 53rd minute of play forced UD Weeknunka's goalkeeper Augusto Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Rego hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Parrales Borroel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Socorro having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of UD Weeknunka:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of CD Chantilin:s goal. The supporters of CD Chantilin booed when UD Weeknunka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ysmael Sierro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Parrales Borroel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Socorro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UD Weeknunka's Mauro Hubieta got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Raul Mazariegos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UD Weeknunka's Augusto Socorro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind UD Weeknunka's goalkeeper Augusto Socorro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Uxio Guedella hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Parrales Borroel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Peter Boveda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Cerredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Tello hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Paiva Barroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to CD Chantilin getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Raúl Romani hit a great ball. Paiva Barroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Domingo Cerredo made a huge save. CD Chantilin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of UD Weeknunka for a fine match.
