An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Cismado in the 5th minute of play forced Manchester Quito's goalkeeper Blanco Reboiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. German Gasca took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Blanco Reboiras. Blanco Reboiras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Blanco Reboiras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from German Gasca in the 14th minute of the match. Oswaldo Erran hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Blanco Reboiras didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Real Poll Vazo FC's German Gasca shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. 23 minutes into the match, Manchester Quito's goal looked a bit too open when German Gasca came free, but Blanco Reboiras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, German Gasca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Poll Vazo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Gasca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 40 played minutes Manchester Quito got a freekick which was hit by Ponce Coleira. Blanco Reboiras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Gasca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester Quito's zone, Valentim Lazo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Blanco Reboiras came out of the goal and Valentim Lazo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Poll Vazo FC's Pedro Divaichin was substituted for Paz Olañeta. The Manchester Quito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Poll Vazo FC were winning 0-3.
