An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Monta in the 5th minute of play forced New Team's goalkeeper Martinez Eguilaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Goyo in the 7th minute of play forced New Team's goalkeeper Martinez Eguilaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. New Team's Martinez Eguilaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Monta in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Cirquelo FC's Castillo Sirguero got control of the ball when Estacio Miñon tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, New Team's Castillo Sirguero threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Venerando Rosines, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Castillo Sirguero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venerando Rosines, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Martinez Eguilaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Monta in the 37th minute of the match. Marin Tejerina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Castillo Sirguero made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Estacio Miñon got free with Castillo Sirguero in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. New Team's Martinez Eguilaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Monta in the 42nd minute of play. If Teofilo Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Julian Monta put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Martinez Eguilaz. The New Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cirquelo FC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Monta made a kick off. Cirquelo FC's Castillo Sirguero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estacio Miñon in the 50th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Estacio Miñon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The New Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Daniel Redondas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute, Julian Monta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martinez Eguilaz. The goal made the score 2-6. In the 81st minute Julian Monta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martinez Eguilaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Goyo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Martinez Eguilaz made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venerando Rosines in the 86th minute of play forced Cirquelo FC's goalkeeper Castillo Sirguero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Venerando Rosines fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Team's protests and gave Venerando Rosines a yellow card for diving instead. In the 93rd match minute, New Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venerando Rosines to maneuver through the defense. Martinez Eguilaz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Daniel Terrilla sent off a good shot on target.
