GUAYACO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marco Zust was slow to take the kick. During this time Azulgranas's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Azulgranas's Dani Fase to a score. 0-1 in the 12th minute. Oso Amezaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sánchez Castruita, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of C.A. GUAYACO booed when Azulgranas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geovanny Sabugo didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A. GUAYACO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oso Amezaga should have stopped the shot. Ulises Terroba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Oso Amezaga made a huge save. Oso Amezaga made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Victoriano Movilla sent off a good shot on target. The Azulgranas players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
