An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihăiţă Afloarei in the 21st minute of play forced Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goalkeeper Elias Arnedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Borizar kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Göran Hansson got a free kick in the 27th minute. Jairo Borizar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 30th minute, Zigor Orive hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience held their breath when Jairo Borizar in the 32nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Elias Arnedo's left hand side. In the 35th minute, Nicasio Raymond left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Natos couldn't finish the play. Hernan Arriaga hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Sergio Romero made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Nicasio Raymond sent off a good shot on target. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's attentive Cotera Capellan managed to snatch the ball when Nunez Ordax made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Jefferson Farfán blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Romero having to make a save. Jefferson Farfán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Sergio Romero made a huge save. Jefferson Farfán took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sergio Romero. The Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
